Brigitta helped me a lot through my later teenage years and was really good as a family therapist. When my mother, brother, and I would have group sessions it felt like I was understood by brigitta and she helped clarify my feelings to my mom, which she (my mom) isn't usually very receptive of one-on-one. My mom greatly benefitted from her group therapy sessions as well. The best thing she taught me is to do a "reality check" with other people. She's also got some lovely malamutes!
I've never been one to stick with therapy but she's been so great and has really pushed me to do things that I wouldn't have been capable of doing on my own.
