I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Westal Windows. After the builder they worked with went into liquidation, I needed a glazing certificate to obtain my occupational certificate. I reached out to them via email twice, but they failed to respond. After finally getting through to them by phone, I spoke with Keegan Ovenden, who informed me that they would only issue the glazing certificate if I paid $1500. Finally received our screen door, 18months+ after we should have. Made several phone calls January 2022 for our screen door and window fly screen, brushed off, said they would chase it up, nothing delivered. We paid for new screens, these screens now they just dropped off 17 Aug 2023 are useless now. If I saw they were dropping off, I would have told them to take them back.
