when it comes to the maintenance department, they are very friendly and nice when it comes to the concierge to say not too friendly. This building runs as a 55 older. majority of the tenants that live here are 55 older age. My time living here I felt like I was living in an assisted-living. So many cars in the parking lot from when I moved in here everyone has two or three cars. Majority of the cars don’t move which I don’t understand. Building is well kept, maintenance staff and concierges always doing their job. Was very happy with my time here. However the tenants are of a much older crowd. And White Plains isn’t what it use to be. Also, every time the firefighters get a call, you will hear the sirens loud and clear. We were on the 7th floor and it was as loud as if they were driving right by our windows.
Very well maintained condo complex.
