I was told by a resident Jim Looney that I'm not allowed on the property. He called the police on me when I was there to look at a condo I wanted to buy. Then told me that the Home Owners Association doesn't put the fees where they belong, that the "president of the HOA" puts in her pocket to "live in florida " and "she" does nothing fir the complex.
Absolutely BEST waterfront property!!! ALL the positive comments are very accurate. I lived in a house on the water in Hilton. WAAAAY better here 💓
