I should have listened to these reviews before woking with Westaff. After a friendly phone call I was optomistic, but after that it was all downhill.Westaff did not get back to me to let me know my application was received. Only after I contacted them twice did they get back to me to let me know they had it. They said they were understaffed and I was ok with that.From there, I never had one phone call, email or communication of any kind. I had to email them for even the smallest update, and even then, I received the shortest... read more

I am unsure what the previous two comments are eluding too. I have found Westaff in Burlington,Vt to be an amazing company to be involved with. Giving of themselves, their time and dedicated to helping me find work. This is an exceptional family owned business and I would happily send anyone looking for work in their direction.
I got a job that was advertised by this staffing firm, but the firm never called me about it, so I went through the hiring company. This staffing firm apparently isnt concerned with their applicants, only the amount of "available workers" they can report to Headquarters.
I went to westaff encouraged by their job listings. Given my age 53 and the fact I was getting over a major surgery( fine to return to work) the young lady couldnt wait to get rid of me. Quite frankly this place should be checked by the Vt AGs office. I went to two other agencies and began work within days.Vets Dont Apply at westaff
