Who ever answers the phones there... they should find a new one.. JUDGY AND UNPROFESSIONAL, disgustingly rude and unsympathetic of people’s situation. Would look at any other vet but this one. I understand wanting what’s best for the animals but you still have to provide customer service and make people feel open and comfortable to come to you and unfortunately this place does not do that.
