West York Collision did a fantastic job. Really down to earth folks. Leeann Fink was who I dealt with and she was very pleasant and easy to talk to. My whole experience was positive. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car here again. 5 stars! Thanks! PS. I added before and after pics!
Leeann was the absolute best!! I had a paint issue w my brand new 24 Tacoma. Spent all afternoon at the dealership, they brought their ‘paint specialist’ in from out of state. Only for them to tell me there’s no defects. A child could have looked at my vehicle and seen the issue. So then they wanted to bring in their top paint guy, to get his assessment and a price for what the work would cost me. I drove over to West York Collision to speak with someone regarding my hood. The staff at West York Collision were extremely nice and it was a very easy and practically hands-off experience through my insurance. They called me at least every other day with updates on the repairs once they started working on it - when it was being painted, what parts they were waiting on, when it was getting serviced, etc. But not once in any of the calls did they ask me if I was in possession of my license plate. Because apparently my car made it there from my insurance's damage assessor without a plate, and when I w... read more
