I just moved in and Chris and Christie were so nice and very helpful. It's very clean and quite. I'm so happy were moved into this community.
My rent has gone up $100/year for the past two years, they charge $100 for mowing the lawn if you forget for one week with no warning, they take over a month to fix problems you report(if at all, and not very well), and they don't stop people from walking through your yard or setting off fireworks while you're trying to sleep in case you work in the morning like most people. DO NOT MOVE HERE, IT'S NOT WORTH IT. Zero stars if it was possible.
