Very disrespectful management (zander management) after fire
The rent is to high for the size of the apt. And Every time we get a new complex manager they always want to up the rent .a 3 bedroom is $1200 that’s ridiculous I’ve paid $200 less for a 4 bedroom upstairs downstairs 2 bath house .this is an (apartment) when I first moved here I was told that this complex was rent subsidize that the rent will never be raised but lately we have been through three property managers and they have all tried to raise the rent which led to tenants moving out which is unfair to certain people who h... read more
