The last two homes we built had West Windows. I have had excellent luck with their windows and the warranty is excellent. The service I received was outstanding. I have had their windows since 2001 - 2019 in our first home and 2021 in our second. I love the windows function and style.
The worst company out there..lazy workers..poor customer relations
