Could not be more grateful for the care my 3 year old Dachshund recieved today at West Wind. I called in a panic this morning after not being able to get an appointment elsewhere in the city. They were fully booked for the day, but after explaining the situation, reception put me on a quick hold and put me directly through to a vet. They were able to fit me in within an hour time frame after hearing the concern in my voice.
