The front desk lady (oriental lady) has the worst customer service we have ever experienced. I spent almost $500 for 8 days for my mother to stay there and for the money we spent she was treated very poorly. I would not recommend that any one stay here.Called many other places and the prices are very comparable for the condition and room sizes, but this place is definitely not the place you want to stay. The owner is a heartless theif. A friend of mine was in need of a place to stay for a week until he could get into permanent housing. I dropped my friend off at the West Winds hotel on a Sunday and paid for his room for a week sometime during the night he passed away and his body was found the next morning. Dont go here! Me and my fiance stayed and I had a laptop,we left and locked the door and when we came back unlocked it to get in! And my laptop nothing else was taken and I told management and asked them to look at their cameras,I had to ask if they looked and they said oh we can't see anything it was raining...it didn't rain!I have no proof but I believe someone from the staff took my laptop...it was a dump the bathroom leaked druggies all over also.The days in across the road is much better west winds is shady!!!!I give 0 ... read more

i live right around the corner from this motel. i take the bus often, which has a stop right in front of this motel. the people that i see , going to and from this place, is scary.

Not only is this a run down dump, I was charged for towels I didn't take 4 days after checking out. The management argued with me on the phone, telling me that only possible answer was that I was a thief, then promptly hung up and refused to answer the phone. Rude scam artists running a dirty, smelly, nest populated by meth heads and crack whores. Steer clear.
