My visits left me very uneasy. The office was cluttered and dirty. The examination room had old newspapers strewn about. The Doctor's information was confusing. His cleaning was the briefest, least thorough I've ever experienced. The water and mouthwash recptacles looked dirty. He told me I needed a filling, then when I arrived for the appointment, changed his mind. Both times when I arrived, he was not wearing his dental smock, but the same old t-shirt. I was astounded by this lack of professionalism.
I have known Dr West for many years, he is wonderful with people and very efficient. Me and my kids have been treated by him...no regrets! I highly recommend him!
