Have had multiple phone calls over the past year, even when I asked for them to stop to come in and exchange my micra at the end of my finance agreement. Decided to go in and have a look to see what was available, looked at a few cars and thought a juke would be a nice upgrade. I recently took my car for a service. To arrange my service was quick and easy. I was sent a reminder prior to the date. On the day the customer service was great. They was called within a few hours to say it was ready but I was unable to collect until later that day which was fine. When I collected they explained all the paperwork and what had been done. Great service
Excellent service from the service department. From booking to completing work on my car, it was al very straightforward. George helped me with a couple of technical queries I had too, which was great.
Service itself was okay, but I need to make a complaint due to dirty marks have been left on the front passenger side seat.
Very pleasant and professional staff.
