*UPDATE* - Just took delivery of my car after they did a repair under warranty. I feel obliged to update this review as it was such a great experience. I complained about a fault that happened in the car, they inspected it and suggested a part change covered under warranty. Within a week, the new parts were received and I have it installed in the car now. Overall a very smooth experience. Been looked after by Brad for this and he has been quite brilliant throughout! Left the car at Brayleys Altrincham for its MOT, but the service seems to have deteriorated since my last visit earlier in the year. The car needed two new back tyres, and I was quoted for a higher spec option. When I received my documents I could see there was a mid range option available which would have been around £100 cheaper. This was not discussed as an option. Outstanding!! I took my Juke in for its MOT today, I was greeted by Paula, a truly professional lady who explained what would happen, how she would be in touch with me when my car had gone through its MOT. On returning I was looked after by Brad, an absolute gentleman with a big smile and a can do attitude. Brad explained the results, offered me a coffee and sat and went through everything.
