I have been seeing Dr. Shinn for a few years. He's been the best Doctor I've been to in 50 years. He genuinely cares and listens to what I complain about and what I think I need in my healthcare. His schedule is always cram packed because he is simply the best. I needed help collecting paperwork for the VA and he was more than happy to help. This place is ridiculous. I move here from out-of-state. I start a new job and have to wait 90 days before my insurance becomes effective. I get my card in the mail and it has this guy's name on it. So I call in to the office to schedule a new patient appointment. I get told I need to go to their website to fill out the new patient paperwork. I do so and call back the following day.
