Great place for all your concerns. Dr Hill is super. He spends all the time needed for your appointment. His walk in clinic is there when you need them for on the spot help in case of emergency. They are definitely for the patient's needs.
Did not understand my and I asked to be corrected to the medical staff at the office and didn’t connect me basically refused. I had hang the call and called at different time
Dr. Kim is excellent. The entire staff is helpful and friendly.
I showed up and there was no one there. Even though I just got a phone call saying that my appointment was the next day. I go to the new location and was pushed out the door by the woman there. I call for help and no one answered. I ended up leaving a voicemail. No one ever called me back. When I did get a call back it was to reschedule an appointment I have upcoming because their scheduling was off. I’ve never received such poor treatment from an office this size.
