Fantastic Doctors..rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes. Usually run on time.
For 4 years, I really enjoyed Dr. Shinn as my primary physician but after multiple simple physical appointment reschedules being pushed out 6-9 months each time, I find this unacceptable—especially if it is the doctor's vacation schedule. It's clear this practice is overbooked. The result is a very negative patient experience that will force me to find another more accessible provider.
