Did not understand my and I asked to be corrected to the medical staff at the office and didn’t connect me basically refused. I had hang the call and called at different time
Dr. Kim is excellent. The entire staff is helpful and friendly.
I showed up and there was no one there. Even though I just got a phone call saying that my appointment was the next day. I go to the new location and was pushed out the door by the woman there. I call for help and no one answered. I ended up leaving a voicemail. No one ever called me back. When I did get a call back it was to reschedule an appointment I have upcoming because their scheduling was off. I’ve never received such poor treatment from an office this size. I’ve been calling for 3 weeks to fix a major billing issue (fault of West Volusia and family sports med) and no one will return my calls. I’ve left several messages. A few times I’ve actually had someone answer they hang up and if I call back I get voice mail. Good luck I guess, or you’ll be on the hook for thousands of dollars if they mess up and don’t want to fix it.
