terrible... dont waste your money with them they will screw you over, no professionalism and unqualified fake consultants on their team The receptionist simran has no etiquettes to speaking to PAYING client and they will make you sign contract which doesnt let you post a review because they are aware how horrible they are. When I recieved an approval of PR they refused to mail me my documents until I ordered food for their whole team. Very unprofessional please dont waste your money with them.
Very disappointing experience. This lawyer/firm takes no responsibility for their own mistakes. Multiple clients paid thousands of dollars, only to have their applications rejected due to basic errors made during submission—mistakes that were clearly avoidable. When concerns are raised, they avoid communication, yet when it comes to collecting payment they call repeatedly. Apparently, paying thousands of dollars doesn’t guarantee careful work. Due to their avoidable mistakes, our application was rejected, leaving us to absorb severe financial loss and the stress that comes with it. Now, thanks to this “professional” handling, we get to live with the added fear of future rejections, since previously refused files are reviewed more critically. A lovely bonus we never asked for.
