My review is directed specifically at Pattie Schaffner, Randall McCallister, Mike Stephens, and Mike Lyons. These people are management and employees who work in the recreation department of the Veteran's home in Barboursville, WV. The four of these state employees have protected Pattie and kept her inappropriate behavior and sexual misconduct with married co-workers -- via the professional, state workplace, and during work hours -- a secret.
