Maintenance Dept did a wonderful job .. when something didn't work, they didn't just call it a day .. she kept working til the problem was solved. So Thank you ^_^
The one good thing about West Virginia Property Management is there maintenance folks. Joe has been here to repair things several times and always very knowledgeable, nice, polite and does great job. We appreciate him, as a matter of fact all maintenance staff are great. West Virginia Property Management is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable great bunch of folks.
We had a few issues needing repairs. It took a few weeks, but everything was addressed. Joe is an excellent maintenance person.
