The deposit I was quoted went up $600 without explanation and I was notified until the night before the lease signing.
I haven’t had AC since June it’s now September, I still don’t have AC. The property manager nor the maintenance department can be reached by phone or email. The only person that can be reached will take your number for their “Relationship Manager” to get back to you, as of 6 months and multiple phone calls and “leaving my number” no one has reached out, so not entirely convinced the position is real.
