The way these people act when they answer the phone is ridiculous. I called them this morning, asked to speak to the manager the Lady said absolutely nothing and hung up the phone. So I called back moments later and said we must have got disconnected somehow could I please speak with the manager this is Larry Kiko from K9 and I. So as to speak to the manager again. The staff at West Virginia Pool Construction was a pleasure to work with. In our first meeting they took time to ask us how our family planned to use the pool and used their expertise to recommend an appropriate pool for our family. They met us at our house to help discuss where to place the pool to maximize our space. Their installation was very well organized and went smoothly. Don't mind the dirt. Rather notice the pool and it's craftsmanship. They dug the hole, installed the pool, poured the concrete and leveled everything. On top of the amazing installation they have an amazing person who cleans and educates new pool owners. They have been transparent, honest, flexible, fast (and I'm always quality over speed), and open. You cannot beat the quality and professionalism of wvpools.
