U GUYS PAVE ROADS LIKE OLD PEOPLE FUCK !!!!!! I think ur guys r going to retire on 79. I know it's not there fault , but I guess it takes 6 months to finish the two sections of it that I drive. U guys just hop, skip, and jump around from different sections of it and never finish anything. I am disgusted as a w.v. tax payer.
