Their sales people were wonderful when I purchased my weedeater. My problem started 6 weeks after the purchase. The pull string broke (which I replaced myself) but than my carburetor had issues and needed replaced. I took it back to them since it’s under warranty. It took them 6 weeks to replace the carburetor. They definitely need assistance with the repair process. According to the employees one person does all repairs for multiple locations. A second repair worker would probably be to their advantage.
