Ok, here's the deal. I had a FANTASTIC experience with WV Outdoor Power. After a less than desirable experience at my favorite orange big box store, I quickly learned that, when it comes to mowers/tractors/etc ... you want to work with a local dealer (ideally one that also services) than a big box store. Jake and associates got us in the RIGHT mower for our property (Step 1). They didn't have the mower in stock, but we're able to snag one quickly for us, and we picked it up a few days later.
