Ok, here's the deal. I had a FANTASTIC experience with WV Outdoor Power. After a less than desirable experience at my favorite orange big box store, I quickly learned that, when it comes to mowers/tractors/etc ... you want to work with a local dealer (ideally one that also services) than a big box store.
