Dr. Schmidt was rude and his bed side manner was awful. He didnt give me a chance to ask questions or even talk. His PA was wonderful, but he was not. He gave me no options, didnt care about my history, didnt even ask what was going on. He came into the room sat on the exam table leaned up against the wall with his arms crossed while talking to me. Ive worked in the medical field since 2002 and I have never came across a dr as rude as he was.
I was referred to Dr. Schmidt and was sorry that I ever did. Dr. Schmidt was condescending and defensive if I asked a question to gain clarity. He and his office was unable to help and instead of just saying so, went on with analogies that didn't make sense nor was needed to just simply say we need you to see a Neurologist not a Neurology Surgeon. Completely wasted my time and anyone else's time that truly needed to be there. Please, Dr. Schmidt work on your bedside manner. you have a lot of work to do in this area.

they don't seem to listen to what you tell them they are so rud I would never go back to them again
This is an amazing group of providers! They’ve taken incredible care of myself (Dr. Gosselink), both my grandfathers (Dr. Crow and Dr. Adkins), my mom’s shoulder (Dr. Legg) and my dad’s back (Dr. Walker). I would highly recommend any of the Ortho or Neuro providers to anyone looking for high quality care!
