Not the most fluid or helpful experience. It's like pulling teeth to get them to respond to my emails or calls. They never answer my questions completely or tell me all I need to know, it's always the bare minimum. It takes about 3 days to a week or more to get a one sentence response. Very hard to get a hold of them in any way, very slow and painstaking process. I still don't have my license application process complete and it's been over a month.
