I’ve only spoken to Brendan briefly, but plan to schedule an hour consultation with him. Right away, he seemed to genuinely care and want to help relieve our stress over a child custody issue. I’m hopeful he will be my son’s answer and blessing!

I cannot say enough great things about Mr. Donehy and his services. He went above and beyond what was expected of him, and his assistant Stephanie was also very proficient and made sure I was informed of what was going on. They were always friendly, which immediately put me at ease, professional and courteous. Mr. Donehy kept me informed at each step of my case, and was very concerned that I received the best service. Mr. Doneghy was so helpful! My fathers estate was in Marlyand, the property in question was in West Virginia and I am in California. The first attorney i had hired had the case for well over 8 months and i was getting nowhere. Mr. Doneghy had the entire issue resolved in 3 months. He was very responsive and helpful and explained the process to me. I am very grateful for his assistance.

I've hired a few attorneys in my lifetime so I know a little bit about lawyers. Brendan Doneghy is outstanding. He is thorough, does great research, excellent communicator and does what's needed on time. Of course working with any attorney is a two way street. As a client I needed to provide all the details, and attorney Doneghy did the great work. I highly recommend him!
