Awful, complete incompetence, don’t fall for the bait and switch, avoid this entity at all cost
After much paper. Phone callin. Checking in. What have you. After almost a year. We are now being told it was not the right paper or listed incorrectly on their behalf and the application rejected and or because funding depleted.
I’ve been in the process of switching insurance’s and the escrow department has been very helpful by helping me giving the right information. Thank you all for everything you do.
