I personally have never had a problem with them :
It was fast, quick, and had answers to all my questions
My former case worker was awesome always getting back to me, and doing whatever he could to help me out! The new case worker they gave me has never once called me back, so I had to call a supervisor! I called this same supervisor May 3rd after being at the ER the night before because they advised me to check on my insurance since I was up for review! Needless to say she didn’t bother calling me back either! I got a denial letter in the mail two days later! I thought they were suppose to help people!
