I have made payments to my loan on the phone for three years with a saved account in your system. My last payment was keyed wrong causing an invalid account return and slammed my credit. I was told nothing can be done because my bank didnt notify me. How is my bank supposed to notify me when it's the wrong account? Works great as an institution until you have an issue, then you're on your own. Unacceptable.
Mariah, a loan officer at the Vienna Branch West Virginia Central Credit Union must love her job! She always has a smile for us when we stop in with her about our IRA accounts and CDs.
