I had an issue, they were suppose to work on, they send me a letter saying it was addressed, but it wasn't. I recontacted them, they said for them to do anything else i would have to request it in a letter. They did not do, and are not doing their job! As a Tax payer, a Voter, a Veteran, they are taxation without representation.
I went to them for help and they did absolutely nothing. They’re suppose to help the regular people not the rich conglomerate. The place I was renting from kept my deposit to repair a place in the carpet that was already torn when I moved in. Pictures proved my case and yet they still did nothing to help me get my money back. This office is a joke! Not there to help anybody but themselves and their rich buddies! Troy Morgan attempted to murder Dave Metzger. The only reason he didn’t is because he was forced off of him at gun point. He was charged with misdemeanor battery?? The Tyler county sheriffs should be investigated.
RecommendedI just spoke with the WV AG office; “Michelle” was very knowledgeable about the Johnson and Johnson, Ethicon, mesh lawsuits that have languished for years in Judge Goodwin’s court. Apparently, all the cases were “dumped” on Judge Goodwin — from all over the US. My case was removed, as were many others, because I refused surgery. Michelle explained to me that they are in the process of filing a lawsuit stating JandJ “knowingly” put an extremely dangerous product on the market and denied that they had done so. I will tell you now, this office will do nothing to help people that get done wrong!! If you are a renter and the landlord wants to do anything to you they want, this place will allow it. There is a law in place that states, if the power is shared with another building the landlord owns, you are not responsible for the utilities. This place, like law enforcement will not help back those laws. They say someone has to pay the bill. Would any of you pay a bill for service to other buildings you have no use of, I bet that answer... read more
Please do your job we have seen no action from this office. This seems to be the reason their is very poor respect for the law.
