We lived in the West Virginia building for 5 years. Doug is an excellent landlord and his manager, Jeff, and their maintenance team are incredibly responsive and efficient. It was a pleasure to work with all of them. When was the last time you have a warm and fuzzy feeling for your landlord? We moved only because of a job change requiring a move out of state. Top floor apartments have an attic, which is very convenient. Most apartments have pleasant little balconies. Great location just off the main strip of West 25th.
