While the apartment and the amenities are nice, I do not recommend signing with this apartment complex, especially as a student. The contract is extremely predatory. Across various companies, it is a norm that you are allowed to terminate a lease with a penalty. However, no matter what emergency, or life situation, financial issues, circumstances happen, they WILL NOT let you cancel the lease. Do not expect the monthly rent to remain stable for long after moving in. The landlord recently increased it by $300 per month, which appears to be taking advantage of demand from students near UC Davis. Response to the response from my review: You are uninformed or unaware to make a comment like this (this is a polite way to prevent this review from being removed).
