I think that Sol West Village is an overall decent place to live. I have stayed in two of their apartments for two years, and the apartments can clean up nice. They have spacious kitchens, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers.. and their clubhouse offers a nice study room, gym, and pool! Additionally, the staff of their front office are incredibly kind and helpful- Ashley, Angie, and Andrew in particular. Ant infestation ALL over the apartment. Literally DISGUSTING. Stains all over the carpet and dirty wood floors. Whatever they show you at tours is not what you get I promise you. We filed multiple complaints and got nothing besides bug spray in return. The workers started to become rude since we were upset about ANTS IN OUR ROOM? 😭😭 when we paid for a clean apartment. Weird behavior and I’m genuinely upset with not only sol but also the employees for the way they acted. Disgusting vents and floors.
Having a very bad time with the Property Management. They are very unprofessional. The rent is charged upfront on the 1st of every month, whether you get a room per your lease or not is not their criteria. There are multiple people requesting to stay together, but instead of just assigning them their room of their choice, they are making everyone rotate from here and there. Total chaos!

Ok PLEASE READ BEFORE LEASING This place looks amazing don't get me wrong before submitting a application please note that you are 100 percent about this because the only way out of the contract is through finding someone else I submitted a application and got accepted not knowing that that would mean I'm a resident now so I got offered a job no longer needing to go to Davis and this meant the only way out was the other person willing to take my lease it is going to take a while to find someone me I got luck Sol contacted me... read more
