awful.. terrible.. disorder...expensive..bad services and maintance.. all negative adjectives that you can imagine.
Terrible place. They forces you to let them hold your passport while you viewing the house(not even going to live here), if they lost my passport, how am I going to suppose study here?
I lived there for 2 years for university. So say something fair, it is a good option if you want to live near to school. Amentities: including the pool(but not always clean enough so I never used it), hot tub, beach volleyball court, dog park, a kinda equipped gym above the leasing office. It is very convinient since sol is considered as a part of the school apartment, so you can enjoy a convinient store and a peet's coffee, and a restaurant just fews minutes walk using your aggie cash. Really enjoyed my experience at Sol at West Village! The community has a clean, modern feel and the surroundings are peaceful and welcoming. Everything was well organized, and the overall atmosphere made it a great place to spend time. I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a nice community in Davis.
