SOL is completely inconsiderate of your time, wishes, and requests regardless of instance. They are not understanding of the fact that a large majority of their customers and renters are college students. I consistently had issues at SOL and am continuing to have issues. I moved out over a month ago and I somehow still have to pay the parking fee. I had ants in my apartment which they did not address for a week (this was with me consistently calling and requesting). Just took a tour with Angie from the leasing office, she was so kind and knowledgeable. Not living here yet but she made me so exited to live here :)
