The tour was very informative and welcoming.
A very nice area with a newer vibe but a bit far from campus. Busses can get crowded. Facilities are great.
Management is friendly but is very slow to pick up on maintenance. I have had issues with the internet around midterm and finals week each quarter, and they could only come up with an excuse each time that the internet team is “working on it.” Furthermore, there have been issues with ethernet connection, mold and pest occurrence that are outright ignored when complaints are filed.
