I have lived here for a year. It is by far one of the worst places i have lived! They write you up for even working on your car. If your car has a flat tire they write you up, if you dont fertilize your grass they write you up, if your blinds happen to be hanging the wrong way or missing they write you up! If you have more then 2 cars per your house hold they have to park at the visitor parking and then they have to walk home or someone has to come and pick them up. if they would quit renting or do better background checks this place would be fine! however we have lived here 4 years and when we moved in the rules were strict but we liked it because it weeded out the punks. BUT now all the things that were in the rules that we signed are allowed.. ghetto people with sheets and blankets in their windows, cars on flats, missing siding, pit bulls, peoples punk kids cutting through yards, people parking on the street, on the grass, and in neighbors spots.. not to mention the rent keeps going... read more
This place is a joke. They constantly write you up for stupid things that your neighbors do aswell. The customer service and management are races, rude, and out of line. iv live here 5 years 2 years i rented left came back 3 years iv owned. I regret i came back. They were the same the first time. Same nasty little girls in the office. I hate this community. It my sound good but once your in here they mess with you about any and everything.
First, the customer service in this office is disgusting. This is my second time living here total of 5 years and its horrible. If you have a shade to your skin tone then its pure hell. The kids are bad the grounds are kept up but they hand out violations every week(lawn, pets,siding, trach,parking,or late fee,riding scooters etc. Or them just messing with you.. .after 2 you get put out of your home.
