Filthy. Homeless people are roaming around with drugs. The apartment refuse to clean or kick out the homeless. The smell is horrible. The west village district is filled with homeless people please avoid they are not safe and attacked one of my friends out of the blue. Please avoid
My apartment itself was pretty. For the most part, staff was great. Maintenance was always on top of issues and worked with me on getting stuff fixed. My star rating truly isn't pertaining to staff or my unit. <3 Love y'all (be nice to leasing staff) Positives: no bugs, fantastic maintenance and leasing staff, good amenities, lots of resident events, close to the highways, package room, separate mail rooms, and pretty apartments. Property is nice but they will quote you one price and then make it much higher when you go to complete your application. Very deceptive trade practices.
Really enjoyed the details she put into making booze and blooms enjoyable. Wonderful personality. I want to stay in West Village as long as I can! Lindsey is the best!
