I keep seeing really awful reviews of The Ramble and I don't know why so I want to set the record straight. I've lived in The Ramble since they opened and while I did have some problems when I first moved in (but who wouldn't, it was brand new), they've done an amazing job turning it around. The staff are always so helpful and nice and management has always been fair with me. I have loved every minute of living here and am not sure what I'll do when I graduate and have to move out!
Best place for UC Davis students to live, and perfect first apartment. One bill a month to cover all utilities, rent, and internet. The unit even came furnished! Very student-oriented in design, amenities, and events. Really close to campus and conveniently located. 5-Stars for sure.
Not sure why everyone here says the management is bad. Every time I have been into the office my experiences have been nothing short of stellar service. I did have some problems first signing my lease but after that everything was fine, that was just a paperwork issue. I pay a lot of money to live here and the experience has been great. My roommates have chosen to renew and I have as well we are gettin $500 which is short of what we got last year but prices change every year. I have lived at the Ramble since it opened, and it’s changed dramatically over the years. They have completely changed the management for the better and this new management is more available than the last. Before with staff I could never get a straight answer on which manager I could speak to regarding a specific issue. Instead I would just be bounced around from one staff member to another without ever getting the attention I needed.
