I had an appointment with Dr Mohan at the Millenium surgery i got called into his office. When i went in he was sat working away on his laptop. For the 10 mins i was sat in there he never once looked at me and never stopped working on his laptop. To me it was pure ignorance on his part.

literally every appointment I've had in the last 2 years I've spent over 45mins waiting to be seen because they are always running late yet if you were half that time late they would mark it as a did not attend they also made us wait with our 8week old in a full waiting room of sick people for over an hour also the 2 week booking system is a joke.

I wouldn't recommend this surgery at all. In my experience they're incapable of basic communication and they operate blanket policies that will harm people and would have harmed me. They've left me hanging and call back requests aren't actioned by the practice manager. They haven't contacted me once, yet I've had to chase them continuously. I guess it's better to learn this prior to moving over. If this is how prospective patients are treated, I can imagine it's no better if you actually need the help of a GP. I am very disappointed with the service at Westview Millennium Surgery. I tried multiple times to make an appointment for my wife, who urgently needed antibiotics, but I was unable to secure one. Even after paramedics intervened and spoke with the GP to stress the importance of the situation, no appointment was arranged. I don’t understand why we were kept waiting despite the clear urgency. I called the surgery four or five times, but nothing was resolved. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and concerning.
