Dunno who works the phones here but i tried to get a standard service call for my A/C and got hung up on while checking the number was right. Then called back and got a very blunt "we cant help you" in return. Are the actual service guys nice? Who knows! But you gotta get past their version of Janine to get to em!

It's a great place to do business with, good guy. Very trustworthy. Tom Chew shows up on time, cleans up the mess, and he goes out of his way to make things right at a fair price. When he says he will be there, he shows up on time. He uses quality material. He explains himself in a very understandable manner.

It’s refreshing to deal with an old school tradesman. Tom showed up when he said he would, explained the problem, then promptly fixed it. No upselling, no scare tactics, just down to earth professionalism. Highly recommended.
