I go there regularly for my cats’s food and if he needs treatment. I had a very negative experience with a female vet who was condescending and mean. Every time, I purchase food, I find the receptionists rude and uncaring. They don’t acknowledge my existence. I don’t mind waiting, but to be ignored and nobody says hello or thank you…like why do I go there? I like the male vet Dr Sandhu a lot. He is the only one who smiles in that place and seems kind.

truly one of the worst clinics we have ever been to. we had an appointment for our cat in when he was very sick and in need of emergency care. we ended up having to put down our cat of 2 years shockingly with not a lot of warning. dr. kesler was kind and empathetic, he came in and checked on us and explained the situation. the nurses however, were truly awful. they continuously came into the room asking if we had decided on an urn and a payment option when we were trying to say our goodbyes. they kept pressing us to make a d... read more

I want to take a moment to recognize Dr. Sandhu at West Vancouver Veterinary Hospital. Dr Masako is very kind and not greedy. She does not suggest any treatment or product if not necessary. Unlike others, they are business driven and do not care. Dr Masako always work with your budget. I highly recommend this vet clinic. Staff are very kind and accommodating.
