Dr. Masako is great, and most of the staff are wonderful. Unfortunately, the only problem is one receptionist who is very rude in person and, unsurprisingly, just as bad on the phone.
Doctor Masako is amazing, we brought our previous dog here for years and now we are bringing our puppy again because of her empathy and reasonable prices. The only problem is their rude new receptionist is treating us after a few years being customers/patient.
Best vet for us. Dr Sandhu. My dog's doctor for 18years.
