Dr. Rida Pirzada was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Pirzada explained everything for me so I could understand what was going on with my eyes. Dr. Pirzada cared for my eye health which I appreciated. I'm very happy to have found her and look forward to having Dr. Pirzada as my Optometrist for my eye health care.
Great place to check your eyes, buy really nice glasses and meet awesome people Employees their always recommend you what will you fit well and what is not the best for you to look good
Poor return policy. I ordered glasses through them where they didn’t have the frame and the frame needed to be ordered online. They didn’t look good and I was forced to proceed with purchase basically wasting $1000 of my money for glasses I do not intend on using and never used once. I have read your reply and remain dissatisfied. Obviously customer satisfaction is not your priority and exploiting your customers for financial gain is. I am a long time client of the West Vancouver Optometry Clinic. In my opinion, it provides unparalleled service and products. The client care is professional but always personal, thorough but caring and supportive. The range of glasses and contact lenses is amazing. I do not hesitate to recommend this clinic to my friends and family members.
