I had a wonderful experience at my appointment today. My cleaning was extremely thorough—honestly one of the best cleanings I’ve had in a very long time. The dentist and staff were very kind and reassuring. Instead of feeling discouraged, I felt encouraged that I’ve been taking good care of my teeth and was given helpful guidance on how to continue caring for them well. Greeted upon arrival; check in was efficient. Sara is my hygienist. She is professional, competent, compassionate, and thorough. All procedures were explained. I was asked about my comfort and encouraged to ask questions. She did a phenomenal job. Dr Hawthorne is personable and competent.. Ample parking. Clean modern office. They do a great job.
Compassionate, efficient care. They fit me in for the next day when I was having bite issues with my crown.
