Way too long of a wait when there is no need for it.
Find another urgent care! Wait is insane and even if they tell you, you are a priority check-in you still wait two hours. ER's take less time than this place.
Beware when paying with insurance. They charge a portion of your deductible NOT your co-pay! The wait is ridiculous, might as well go to Del Webb hospital.
Regardless of what they say over the phone they DO NOT do appointments. I had to wait over an hour after said appt with 3 crabby kids and I had a fever. :(
