Treated me like I was stupid I called to ask about prices. The man was very short with me, like he was annoyed that I had prince questions. Talked to me like I was stupid. They have definitely lost me as a customer.
friendly when he FINALLY got off the phone When I waked into the office, the man behind the desk was on the phone, he did not acknowledge me, and was swearing profusely. When he finally hung up the phone (and he didnt appear to be making any effort to speed up the process), he was nice to me much to my surprise. West Valley Tire Inc was willing to give us the best price for our used tires (albeit still low).
