The hours on google stated 7am-4pm. I called at 7:20am and as the phone was answered the gentleman said under his breath that "he swears people just called whenever they wanted." I apologized for calling so early and said that I had a freezer that wasn't working properly and he was very rude about it. He mentioned that he could do an emergency visit and cancel all of his appointments, which I had never said I needed.
