The guy came to my house to give me a free estimate 'AsTold ' over the ph.for repair to my washing machine . He was literally at my house 8 min. Took 4 screws out of the back panel of the washing machine. Called me in the laundry room, and said it looks dry to him. But he would recommend a new machine. It's a 2 year old top loader Samsung. All cycles work except 1. That hats why we call them. He said it would be over 600 to fix. And that was it. But charged me 150 service call. What a ripoff.
