My father was in the hospital for 3 months this year so unfortunately I had a chance to meet lots of doctors along the way. Dr. Li stood head and shoulders above them all. He was caring, thorough, answered all my questions, and directly contributed to my father's healing. I hope that you don't end up in the same position sick in the hospital, but if you do I hope that you have Dr. Li looking out for you! Literally a life saver.
Enjoy the complaint to the medical board this office sucks. Staff should seek higher education called many times within a month to get testing done and they don't return calls after saying "sure let me look into that" a circus company would have a better follow up. Whats the point of seeing Dr Lii if he has no testing results?
Such an efficient office, and everyone is so kind. Brandy at the front desk is so sweet and helpful! My mom has a long history with Dr. Li for infections of different kinds over several years. Dr. Li has been there every step of the way, making sure to check on her in the hospital when she has had to stay overnight. He is attentive and extremely diligent about follow-ups and staying on top of the infection. We always leave his office with a clear understanding of risk factors and next steps.
I called this office to make an appt for a hospital discharge follow-up and the lady who answer the phone is extremely rude.. she even told me not to talk and wants me to just listen to her. She instructed me to call the insurance first and request a referral before i can make an appt.. Isn’t it that its is the responsibility of the doctors ofc to check the patient’s insurance and then let the patient know the outcome if the insurance approves it or not.. ? Dr. John Li ABANDONED me as a patient after being the Infectious Disease doctor who saw me during my stay at West Hills Hospital. John has attitude, is hot and cold and used scare tactics with me. He flat out insulted me by stating how overweight I was and because I have diabetes 2, that if I didn't drop weight my lower left leg would be amputated, I would go blind, then be on kidney dialysis telling me my life would be over.
