My first MRI visit was 5 stars. Today I was bumped from my appointment because someone from the ER needed the MRI. Rather than just push everyone on the schedule back 45 minutes for the day they just cancelled my appointment that took 2 weeks to get. This has a domino effect screwing up all my other appointments that relied on this test. Salem Health has a huge backlog (weeks) for an MRI. They are clueless on how to handle basic scheduling. Your health is the least of managment's concern...
Everyone I have encountered in the imaging department, especially the ultrasound technicians and the mammogram technicians have been wonderful. They are kind, caring and helpful. They help ease the anxiety that can go along with some of the tests my Dr ordered. Thank you to the reception staff as well, they are always pleasant helpful.

Not sure why I was turned away after two referrals from my doctor. I guess Dr. Cullen thinks his opinion is better then my own doctor. Te staff is always nice and professional.
