I never write reviews unless I really need to. Trayfena Zambre has extremely terrible bed side manner. I felt more distressed talking about my clinical depression when I was met with someone who genuinely did not give a damn about my problems or what I’m going through. Mind you this was literally our first session. I understand that the clinic deals with patients of higher calibers of trauma but good lord, show some empathy. Get better funding and hire better staff.
You should literally move to Ventura county rather than use this place. The ER Triage is done by computer. If you are injured/sick such that you can't use the computer to check yourself in, you better hope someone helps you out, as there is literally no hospital staff there to help you. Some but not all of the doctors and nurses are good if/when you actually do get care though. Some are terrible. Julia Lee was my therapist and this woman is AMAZING! She VERY quickly understood my needs and helped me accordingly. She is so understanding and empathic I felt so comfortable in her presence. Jasmine does one on one recreational therapy and I LOVED it! I was going through a very tough transitional period, in my life, and I was able to decompress and get the most out of my therapies bc of these two wonderful women! This place will cause more damage to your mental health by not being very professional at all rescheduling appointments not very patient oriented very unprofessional I'm not sure how anybody there has a degree considering I have lost a psychologist and a therapist I was seeing two different people through this company and they both dropped me and when I called the office they told me I was not an active patient and when somebody finally gets back with me and I explained the situation they give me rude attitude and nonchalant... read more
