My experience with West Valley Mental Health Center has been devastating. After going through their initial interview and testing, where I scored high on every assessment, they still did absolutely nothing to help me. For six months, I contacted them at least once a week or at most every day of the week, begging to get set up with a proper therapist. On August 24, 2025, around 3 pm, I was helping my friend, who is a patient at West Valley Health Center. He has a disability and a language barrier, and it was very important for him to confirm his next appointment. I was with him during a phone call to help translate if needed. I see many bad reviews about Smita and that's correct she dosnt care much, she need to be retired asap! Patient issues pain for ....but she would talk about totally different things and keep kick fast to other doctors. Look like she rash constantly. This clinic mostly say no to many things and some stuff talk rude(( need good auction to resolve this

I never write reviews unless I really need to. Trayfena Zambre has extremely terrible bed side manner. I felt more distressed talking about my clinical depression when I was met with someone who genuinely did not give a damn about my problems or what I’m going through. Mind you this was literally our first session. I understand that the clinic deals with patients of higher calibers of trauma but good lord, show some empathy. Get better funding and hire better staff.
