West Valley Golf Cars is an amazing family-owned business that provides golf cart sales, service and renovations. They completed substantial upgrades to our 2007 Club Car Precedent, which totally exceeded our expectations. Our cart looks brand new! Owners Patrick and Lisette provided invaluable input during the process. They are very honest, fair and ethical...and their work is Five-Star quality.
Our golf cart operates very well after serviced by West Valley Golf Cars. We purchased a golf car from West Valley in the fall of 2023 and they service and support that car as well as my 20+ yr old Club Car. Owners Lisette and Patrick are always available and very responsive to our needs to make sure our cars are reliable and running in tip top condition.
Determined technicians. Fair pricing. Effective communication. We were desperate. Grandchildren were arriving in 10 days. The cart would NOT move. West Valley picked it up, tested components and had to replace the entire wiring harness. It was delivered back to us 12 hours prior to the grandchildren’s arrival in absolutely spotless condition and fully functional. Thank you to Patrick and the entire West Valley Golf Car Team. I WILL be back!
My golf cart was recently serviced by West Valley Golf Cars. The batteries were replaced with lithium batteries and a service was completed on the golf cart. The golf cart was returned within 72 hours and it runs better than when it was new. The brakes hold and release as required and the overall cart seems new.
