The new NP's are excellent. They're thorough & still care about their patients & try to do everything they can for them. However, the way the office is ran, and some of the office staff, can be frustrating. They drop the ball a lot with follow through. You want to have excellent insurance or a lot of money to be seen consistently here and to deal with their office policies. Absolutely amazing experience! The staff is welcoming, professional, & genuinely cares about their patients. Demi (Nurse practitioner) is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, & takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable, heard, & like you’re getting help not just being told what to fix, so refreshing to see someone so dedicated & passionate about what they do. Highly recommend!
10/10 experience. It's been 20+ years since I've had a physician I trust and respect as much as Dr. Tran. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, curious, and generous with his time. I was waitlisted for over 6 months before my first appointment, and it was completely worth the wait. Doctor Tran and Demi are the absolute best caregivers I’ve ever had. They truly care about your health and treat you like a person rather than a number/work. They are incredibly knowledgeable about medications and treatment plans. I’ve had real health scares and emergencies that they’ve helped me overcome. The staff is also excellent (getting appointments promptly, calling about results, etc.). I’ll never go anywhere except here!
This place is the worst. Do not go here if you can go somewhere else never will they call you back. even for important lab results nice people very very horrible horrible service. Do not go here been here three years and now it’s time to leave because they will not call me back ever. The main supervisor won’t even call you back. She’s horrible.
