This place is the worst. Do not go here if you can go somewhere else never will they call you back. even for important lab results nice people very very horrible horrible service. Do not go here been here three years and now it’s time to leave because they will not call me back ever. The main supervisor won’t even call you back. She’s horrible.
The new & current NP's are excellent. They're thorough & still actually care about their patients & try to do everything they can for them. However, the way the office is ran, and some of the office staff, is a problem. This office very much puts revenue over patients. They over schedule, which causes longer then necessary wait times. And they tend to have a high turnover with NP's. Possibly because of office policies, amoung other reasons. No la recomiendo para latinos! No hay personas que hablen en español a pesar que cuando llame me atendió una chica y luego más nunca. Me vio una doctora y tuve yo que llamar para preguntar por mis resultados. Le pedí una cosa e hicieron otra.! No tengo los resultados de mis exámenes. Y solo cuando llame me dieron que tengo el colesterol alto que no coma mucho carbohidratos, obvio en inglés pero no me dijeron más nada no sé cómo salieron mis exámenes
Such a horrible service, i went for an appointment on Monday and they supposed to send the order for my ultra sound to intermountain, i call on Wednesday and intermountain said no one sent any order. In brief i went to do the ultrasound next Monday (i lost one week already). After that they supposed to call me on the next 1-2 business day and the never called. So I called them and they told me the gonna sent the prescription for my medicine to the walmart farmacy to pick it up on Friday same week. So i called walmart to see ... read more
