The new & current NP's are excellent. They're thorough & still actually care about their patients & try to do everything they can for them. However, the OFFICE STAFF &the way the office is ran is a problem. They WAY over schedule, which causes longer then necessary wait times. Even with all of the complaints about wait times and many other problems, the office manager doesn't seem to be taking those complaints or issues seriously, as nothing is changed & it is clearly about profits over quality. When I first discovered Dr Trans office it was helpful and good for me but this place had gone way downhill!!! I had not even been informed that I was pre diabetic but then I received a letter from the blood screening company that I had diabetes!!!! They said to discuss with Dr Tran Tram but when I went in for my next visit they still didn’t say anything about me having full blown Diabetes type II I went home and I was very upset that they still didn’t tell me I was now a diabetic man I don’t go to this clinic Anymore and I ... read more
10/10 experience. It's been 20+ years since I've had a physician I trust and respect as much as Dr. Tran. He is a person first and a doctor second. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and generous with time. I was waitlisted for over 6 months before my first appointment, and it was completely worth the wait. If you've struggled to find a physician who takes the time to understand all the moving parts and symptoms, this is the doctor for you. Love Dr Tran! He’s seen my parents for years and continues to take great care of them and truly cares for their well being! He teaches me a lot when I go with my parents as well and explains everything thoroughly to me knowing I’m my parents caretaker and translator. I Would recommend! He’s always busy cause he’s really good, especially with people who struggle with English as their second language. Love him!!
