Came in with jaw pain radiating into my tongue and throat making it hurt to eat and drink. I asked for a x ray to make sure everything is ok. I was denied. Not everyone will accept narcotic pain meds. My jaw is not aligned correctly. I’m never coming to a doctor again a waste of time and money. I will literally die before coming to any doctor ever again
I was at this ER yesterday and they were terrible the nurses did not have pillows to elevate my leg I had a broken toes and they did not have pillows to elevate my leg and they didn't have a wheelchair or a call button in case I had to go to the bathroom it was awful they were not prepared I had to wait for a while to get my foot x-rayed I told him have broken toes the X-ray show that I did I'm an older woman I live life and I know what is broken and what fractures are and this younger generation is just lazy they gave me a ... read more
Not only was my experience mid but it was also sketchy. A week after my experience for workman's comp I'm realizing the doctors didn't gather information for said comp. Then after getting checked they said just let rest and tell us if it gets worse. That is why I was there I let it sit and it got worse. Luckily it did for the rare case after. My appointment with West Valley Emergency Center was, overall, a good experience. Due to the nature of my needs, I had an appointment scheduled in advance, but found the facility to be easy to find as well as easy to navigate. The emergency waiting room was not busy at the time and the staff was friendly and professional. Even though this location was set up as an emergency services location, they were able to get me into my previously scheduled appointment on time.
