It has been over five years since Dr. Elmore completed an emergency surgery n my 17 year old daughter. We thought she had appendicitis. When Dr. Elmore and the operating room staff got in there, it was much more serious. My daughter had diseased small intestines (a foot of intestines) that had to be removed. I was alone there in the waiting room. Scared to death and worried for my daughter. Dr. Elmore came out and explained the whole situation in the most compassionate way. He put me at ease. Dr Elmore gave my mom hope after being diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer and said with 3 of us in the office and he said my mom's tumor was not attached and possible surgery could be done. Then after chemotherapy and 6 months later he tells my mom she is not a candidate for surgery. Mom asks why, he said tumor has always been there against artery. Dr's are not god I know for sure but lying and giving false hope I pray he don't sleep well at night knowing he lied. I don't recommend Dr Elmore.
Dr Elmore treated my husband for cancer with the upmost respect and compassion .He is a very special person that always returned your calls promptly to ease any concerns or discomforts. He is blessed by GOD for his talents and abilities to treat his patients with such a awful disease .THANK YOU JOHN ELMORE FOR ALL YOU DO.WE ARE BLESSED TO HAVE YOU IN WV
