I have rented from this facility and have nothing but positive things to say about everyone who works here. I do maintenance work for them as well after I had bought my own place. Scott is a wonderful person to work with and is very intent on taking care of their tenants. This is by far a much better realty group than any other I have dealt with in the past.
I had to move my family after 6 month of renting one of their properties due to toxic mold in the house. I asked many times for them to remove and clean the drywall/wood and they refused. We moved and they kept our deposit and refuse to call me back and explain why they’ve kept all my money and won’t assist with moving costs. The property manager and her father no longer work for this company and I’m getting the run around.
